Refund policy
We recognise that the option to return purchases made through our website is important to our customer base. All items purchased through the www.toniatboutique.com.au website can be returned for exchange, credit note or refund as long as the following criteria are met:
- You have satisfactory Proof of Purchase (electronic or photograph will be accepted)
- Contact is made with the store manager first to discuss the reason for returning the garment. At this point we will document your details in anticipation of receiving your purchase back in to store, and give you a return authorisation code.

- Goods MUST be returned in the condition in which they are sent out. Goods will NOT be accepted for exchange or refund if it is clear that they have been worn, damaged or altered in any way, or affected in any other way that devalues the resale value of the garment.
- If garment is being returned due to manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to mend, alter or replace as stated in government regulations. As expected, this will be done in a timely manner, and associated costs, including postage, will be covered by us.
- Goods must have all labelling and tags still attached, as they were when sent out.
- Goods need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. There may be exceptions to this rule under certain circumstances, but judgement on that is at the discretion of the manager.
- Returns can be posted through Australia Post or brought into store. Customer is responsible for organising and paying for all costs associated with return postage.
- No refunds available for Gift Vouchers.
- Tonia T Boutique may refuse to accept items if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern and may also restrict or refuse future transactions from such individuals.
- All staff at Tonia T Boutique will do their utmost to make all transactions timely, pleasant and satisfactory for all parties concerned. We aim to minimise any inconvenience associated with products needing to be returned due to company faults, and aim do everything possible to expedite the returns process.
