Christmas Competition Werribee Ts & Cs

1. These terms and conditions are applicable to Tonia T Boutique Werribee's Christmas Competition.

3. Information on how to enter forms part of these Ts and Cs and your participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of them. Entries that do not comply, that are incomplete or submitted after closing date will be considered ineligible.
4. Entries open at 9.30 on 9/11/2020 and close at 3pm on 13/12/2020.
5. The promoter will draw one prize valued at $300. The competition will be promoted via Facebook and Insta, and instore. The competition will be drawn in the Werribee store.
6. To enter, you must be a Victorian resident over the age of 18, and must not be a staff member or family member of the owner.
7. Winner will be notified by phone (if not present at the draw) and will be formally announced on Facebook, Instagram and in store.
8. The promoter is not responsible for loss resulting from incorrect or late submission of entry.
9. At the discretion of The Promoter, entries will be deemed ineligible if:
a) indecent or inappropriate content is submitted
b) defamatory, offensive or threatening content is submitted
c) spam or unsolicited advertising is submitted
